1. Who we are

PlusSpot is provided by TSOKAS G. WIDEVIEW ENTERTAINMENT Ε.Ε., trading as Wideview Entertainment, 58 Grigoriou Lampraki, 16675 Glyfada, Greece. VAT: EL803334554. 2. Scope

This notice covers plusspot.gr, its articles, interactive demonstration and communications with us. Connecting to an actual venue WiFi network is covered by that venue’s notice and the relevant agreement. The venue and PlusSpot determine their respective responsibilities separately. Existing accounts and transactions continue through the established service and their existing agreements.

3. Contact and security

To send a message, provide your name, email and message. Telephone and business name are optional. We use these details to respond, prepare a requested quotation or meeting and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps you request, where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. Without the required information, the form cannot handle your request. Do not send passwords or sensitive information.

The submission is sent by email through Mailgun to our service mailbox hosted by Google. It does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or enrol you in FluentCRM. Open and click tracking is disabled for the form’s email.

Operating and protecting the service involves technical request information, such as IP address, time, path, browser information and security results, together with pseudonymised information used to limit abusive submissions. We rely on our legitimate interest in a secure, available service. Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you open the form and checks technical signals to distinguish bots. 4. Interactive demonstration

The demonstration does not connect you to real WiFi or create an account. Detailed questionnaire answers stay in your browser. If you allow analytics, only broad categories, such as venue type, suggested direction and completion, may be measured. Do not enter personal information in demonstration fields.

5. Optional analytics and your choices

Google Analytics 4 starts only after your affirmative choice. It measures visits and selected interactions on public pages, language, technical device information and broad campaign attribution. Your browser communicates with Google, which also receives technical connection information. We do not send form fields, passwords or complete URL parameters as events. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. We do not activate this measurement on private account or payment pages.

Your choice is stored locally as plusspot-consent-v1 for 180 days. Analytics cookies are _ga and _ga_C38ZMTSMTZ. Google’s default lifetime is up to two years and may be restricted by the browser. GA4 retention is set to two months for event data and fourteen months for user data, with the user retention period reset on new activity. Aggregated reporting can have a different lifetime from detailed data.

You may refuse or change your choice through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Refusal does not prevent browsing or contacting us. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement and removes the two cookies from this browser. The website checks expiry while running in the browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Any necessary sign-in cookies used by existing services support authentication rather than optional measurement. https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Recipients and retention

Access is limited to authorised people at Wideview Entertainment and providers needed for hosting, security and sending or receiving email: Hetzner infrastructure, Cloudflare, Mailgun and Google. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Providers may process information outside the EEA. Such transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements and the safeguards described by the relevant providers. Ask info@wideview.co for information about the processing concerned.

We retain correspondence as needed for the enquiry, business relationship and establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Tax and contractual records follow applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the type and development of the enquiry. Email is not automatically deleted after one day.

The form separately retains limited technical submission-receipt and anti-abuse metadata, rather than a copy of the message body in the form database. These records are marked with a 24-hour technical expiry and removed through separate maintenance, without guaranteed automatic deletion at 24 hours. Technical logs and backups are limited to operational, security, recovery and incident-investigation purposes. We assess erasure requests against these criteria and legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Subject to the relevant legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Analytics consent may be withdrawn. The website makes no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you. Send requests to info@wideview.co. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. We normally respond within one month, with any lawful extension explained. 8. Updates

We update this page when features or processing purposes change and request a new choice where required. The date above identifies the current version.
