Service scope, installation and commercial terms for your venue are agreed in writing before activation.

1. Provider information
PlusSpot is a service of TSOKAS G. WIDEVIEW ENTERTAINMENT Ε.Ε., trading as Wideview Entertainment. Registered office and contact address: 58 Grigoriou Lampraki, 16675 Glyfada, Greece. 2. Website and demonstration
This website presents PlusSpot WiFi marketing and advertising services. The interactive demonstration is illustrative. It does not create a real hotspot, account, subscription or obligation to purchase. Sending an enquiry or arranging a discussion does not itself constitute a purchase or acceptance of a commercial offer.
Hardware, installation and advertising examples depend on the venue, existing network, internet connection and agreed capabilities. Compatibility and requirements must be assessed before installation. The demonstration does not guarantee revenue, customer numbers or campaign results.
3. Quotation and agreement
Your specific quotation and agreement define the services, permitted use, hardware, licences, installation, price and taxes, term, renewal, payment, cancellation and support before purchase. Presentation pages do not automatically amend existing contracts, subscriptions or prices.
Promoting a venue’s own business and participating in third-party campaigns are separate uses agreed individually. Content rights, commissions, any revenue sharing and campaign participation apply only as stated in the relevant agreement. The presentation does not promise available advertising revenue for every installation.
4. Existing services and accounts
Links to the established WiFi platform and subscription area serve existing accounts, under their respective procedures and agreements. Presentation of planned Customer Manager, Team/Partners, apps, automation or electronic-signature features does not mean they are already available or included in a current purchase.
5. Support and contact
The published human-support hours are 08:00–16:00 Greek time (Europe/Athens). Service days, priority and response times depend on the agreement. This website does not promise 24/7 human support. You may email outside these hours for subsequent handling. A form-submission acknowledgement means acceptance by the sending mechanism, not guaranteed immediate reading or final inbox delivery.
6. Responsible use and content
Use this website lawfully, without abuse, security violations or content infringing others’ rights. Share only information you are entitled to provide. Text, graphics and logos are protected by the applicable rights of their owners. External links lead to services with their own information and terms.
7. Privacy and changes

We may update the presentation and these terms with a new version date. This does not replace agreed contractual terms or limit mandatory legal rights. Contact us about a particular service, charge or dispute, identifying the relevant agreement.
