How can my WiFi generate revenue?
Three ways: promote your products and services, host advertisers through your own agreements and participate in PlusSpot network campaigns. Results depend on agreements, content and visitor response.
Does it fit a museum, public space or boat too?
Yes, the experience adapts to the audience and purpose of the venue. Available internet, suitable coverage and a compatible setup are required. On boats, we pay particular attention to connectivity along the route.
Are the demo templates existing installations?
They are new interactive PlusSpot design examples showing how your experience can look. The final design and network connection are configured and tested for your venue.
Do I need a new internet connection?
We start by assessing your existing connection, router access and coverage. PlusSpot does not replace your internet provider.
Can I keep my existing WiFi and access points?
They may be reusable if they support the required network design. We need model details, topology and administrative access; the brand alone does not establish compatibility.
Can I install it myself?
A simple installation may use preconfigured equipment and guidance. Multiple floors, access points, VLANs or hotel networks need a technical assessment.
How many guests can it support?
Capacity depends on simultaneous connections, coverage, internet and equipment. We assess your venue rather than promise one limit for every installation.
Can I show my own advertising and network campaigns?
Both uses are supported by the service concept, with separate terms for your promotions and third-party campaigns. Revenue is not guaranteed and participation is agreed.
Will followers or sales increase automatically?
You can direct guests to a menu, website or social profile. Visibility creates an opportunity to connect; it does not guarantee a follow or purchase.
Is a free router included?
Equipment, installation and subscription costs are listed in your quote. A free device is not assumed for every setup.
What happens if the internet connection fails?
Normal operation requires an active internet connection. We distinguish line, local WiFi and service faults. A backup connection is a separate consideration.
Is mobile management available?
The new Customer Manager is being developed for phone and desktop. This demo illustrates the guest experience. Contact us about management options currently available.
When is human support available?
Human support hours are 08:00–16:00, Greece time. You can submit a request outside these hours. Coverage days and response times are defined in your service terms.
How are personal data handled?
Before activation, the required information, purpose, retention and relevant terms must be defined. Marketing choices are separate from accepting connection terms. Read the privacy information and ask about your setup.
How are payment, renewal and cancellation agreed?
Your quote and agreement define billing, duration, renewal, equipment and cancellation before purchase. Old prices or terms are not automatically applied to a new agreement.
When did PlusSpot start?
PlusSpot began in 2018 with WiFi management and business-promotion services. We are now preparing the next management experience, clearly distinguishing available features from those in development.
Can I set session time and bandwidth per user?
Where the installation supports it, session duration and upload/download limits can be configured. We assess the internet line and equipment first so the rules fit your venue.
Are portal apps the same as the Customer Manager?
Menu, weather, photo or local-information modules serve guests inside the Welcome Portal. The Customer Manager is the business owner’s management environment and is under development.
Let’s look at your venue.
Your proposal defines service, equipment and terms before any purchase.
